The host accommodation database search facility is now on line.
This is available for registered delegates only, indeed it is one
of the benefits of registration.
To view the database,

and follow the link on the delegates menu.
You should pick the accommodation that suits you best and email the
host indicating your interest and your requirements.
If they accept to host you, then you make your arrangements for
your arrival and your stay directly with them.

We are continuing to sign up hosts so, should you fail to secure the bed
