Could you be a host?

Delegates will come from many countries to take part in the Various Voices 2009 festival from 1st to 4th May 2009. Many of them will prefer to stay in a friendly home environment rather than a hotel. It has been our experience that hosting can be mutually beneficial, where acquaintances can grow into friendships.

If you are prepared to host one or more delegates for 4 nights from 30th April 2009 or possibly longer please add your home to the host register by completing the Host Accommodation Registration Form below. We will contact you nearer the time to confirm that you are still happy to offer your home for host accommodation. Registered festival participants will be put in touch with you and you can make a plan together. Please refer to our Host Accommodation Charter.

Rooms and availability

Enter the details for each bedroom available. The room must be available for each night over the four core days of the festival, and if you don't mind your guest staying for a few days before and/or after, adjust the dates.

Once you have agreed that a delegate can stay in your room, please come back to this page and mark the room as "booked" so that room will no longer appear on our listings of available rooms.
